2.2 No Emergency Services

The Clinic does not provide emergency medical services.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

4. Appointments

4.1 Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or by email.

All appointments are subject to clinician availability and acceptance.

4.2 Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete medical information

• Informing the Clinic of changes to contact details or medical history

• Attending appointments on time

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect clinical decisions and treatment suitability.

4.3 Late Attendance

If you arrive late for an appointment, the consultation may need to be shortened or rescheduled at the clinician’s discretion.

Full appointment fees may still apply.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of [48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

5.2 Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds for consultations already provided will not normally be issued.

Refund requests relating to administrative errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Consultation Fees

All fees are payable in pounds sterling (£).

Fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment may be required:

• At the time of booking

• Prior to consultation

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of appointments or withholding of non-urgent documentation.

7. Prescriptions and Clinical Decisions

7.1 Prescribing

Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the prescribing clinician following appropriate medical assessment.

The Clinic reserves the right to:

• Decline to prescribe medication

• Request additional investigations or information

• Require communication with your GP before prescribing

7.2 Shared Care

Shared care arrangements with NHS GPs cannot be guaranteed and remain entirely at the discretion of the patient’s NHS practice.

7.3 Investigations and Monitoring

Certain treatments may require:

• Follow-up appointments

Patients are responsible for attending recommended monitoring appointments.
