For existing patients, offering a supportive review of your progress and personalised treatment adjustments.
Available for patients who are already established on body-identical HRT (spray/patches/gel). This consultation is specifically designed to discuss testosterone therapy.
Please note that this service is only suitable for patients who are currently using HRT.
For those over 45, perimenopause and menopause are usually diagnosed based on your symptoms, and blood tests are not routinely required.
In some cases, particularly under the age of 40, blood tests may be recommended to assess for early or premature menopause.
Additional tests may also be suggested to support your overall health, including cardiovascular, metabolic, and bone health, and to rule out other conditions that can present with similar symptoms.
Where appropriate, blood tests are arranged through Nationwide Pathology, with payment made directly to them.
You can choose to attend a local clinic or receive a home testing kit. Results are returned to us for review, so we can guide you on the next steps in your care.
Blood Test Administration Fee – £35
This covers the processing and handling of the blood tests only. It does not include the cost of the blood tests themselves, which is charged separately.
Private prescriptions can be arranged on the same day as your consultation and sent directly to an online pharmacy. Payment is made to the pharmacy, with medication delivered to your home for your convenience.
For ongoing treatment, your GP may be able to continue prescribing. If not, we are happy to provide repeat prescriptions, provided your reviews are kept up to date.
To ensure safe prescribing, prescriptions are issued to patients under our care. New patients will require an initial consultation, and follow-up consultations are needed for reviews or any changes to treatment.
